This beautiful and fresh semi-detached house is on peaceful location and just on the corner of unexplored nature of cape Kamenjak and its surroundings.
The house has two floors, all air conditioned, outside is fenced garden with heated swimming pool with natural disinfection system and counter flow system, sun loungers, grill and outdoor furniture.
Villa Divina has two floors; ground floor has a kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa, that can be used as bed, one bathroom with toilet and shower.
In the upper floor you can find three bedrooms with one king bed, one double bed, one two single beds. All bedrooms have closets, small table with chair, air conditioning. There is also another bathroom with toilet and shower and separate toilet. One of the bedrooms also have its own big balcony with a view on the beautiful landscape of upper Kamenjak.
Please be aware, that the house is situated in a quiet, partly residential neighbourhood, so we ask all future guests to respect night time (after 23.00 no parties, no loud noises etc.) inside and outside of the house.
