This luxurious, newly built, beach front property, located just meters from the popular Mylopotas Beach, comprises three charming individual villas and a large, beautifully landscaped outdoor communal space.

The houses, each of which can sleep 4 people, comprise a fitted and fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining area, two bedrooms with ample storage space (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms. Each also has a private outdoor hot water shower and a spacious upper level terrace with panoramic views of the entire beach and neighboring islands.

The outside space, overlooking the beach, features a large barbeque area as well as smaller, more private seating areas adjacent to each house. The space is stunningly landscaped with bougainvillea, cacti, edible herbs and an extensive lighting system. The property also has a large private parking area (suitable for up to 4 cars) which is secured by an automatic gate.

Guests are also entitled to full use of the facilities at the neighboring Far Out Village, including the swimming pool and tennis courts.
