The villa has been recently restored with its original architectural features preserved and turned into a welcoming country villa comprising 10 bedrooms set on 3 floors. The interiors are tastefully furnished in a rustic style.
The access to the property is via a steep, paved, country road ending with a short stretch of a dirt road.
Distances: Palaia with groceries 5 km away, Montopoli with shops of all kinds 9 km, Volterra 40 km away, San Gimignano 45 km, Pisa 45 km away, Lucca 50 km, Florence 60 km away, the Versilia coastline area (with nice beaches, restaurants and night-life) 75 km away, Siena 85 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large park with a paved and furnished area ideal for al-fresco dining, table tennis, nice pinewoods, beautiful outside area set on a natural terrace 50 meters from the villa and offering a large swimming-pool (18 x 9 m – depth 1,4 m) and a pool for children (6 x 6 m – depth 0,5 m). Guests can also enjoy use of a large lawn with garden furniture.
The villa provides WI-FI internet available in the house and in the garden in front of it (not at pool). Laundry (washing-machine available free of charge).
Parking within the grounds.
Additional services to be paid on the spot: 3 baby beds are available at € 20,- / per week / each. 2 high-chairs free of charge. Maid service by arrangement (€ 20,- / per hour).
Pets are permitted with an extra charge of € 50,- / per week / per pet.

Upon request it is possible to reduce the rental price by closing down the villa second floor in order to accommodate a max. of 10 guests

On Request (at booking): it is possible to turn 2 double bedrooms (1 on the first floor and one on the second floor) in 2 twins.
