Our luxury 3 bedroom villa sleeps 6 and is furnished to a very high standard. To the rear is a delightful south facing outdoor space with swimming pool, high quality terrace furniture and 4 sun-beds.
There is a large, covered terrace with quality rattan sofa, armchairs and coffee table and coordinating 6-seater dining table.
The fitted kitchen features an induction hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The living room includes dining table and large plasma screen T.V. with Wi-Fi TV box to include British T.V. channels.
On the first floor the spacious master bedroom has a kingsize bed, ensuite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds, both with ample wardrobe space. There is a second shower room on the first floor and a third W.C. & shower room on the ground floor.
The villa is air conditioned and a gas combi boiler provides instant hot water and heating in colder months. The owner leaves golf clubs available for use & a BBQ.
The villa is situated on the 5-star Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort with the 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. There is a driving range, chipping/putting green and a pro shop. This gated community is ideal for families and golfers. On the resort there are restaurants and bars within the golf/hotel complex and ‘Club MMGR’ within the resort offers pádel tennis courts, a well-equipped gym with class timetable, adventure mini-golf and restaurant/bar. The resort has a good-sized Spar supermarket a short walk from the Villa.
Just off the resort, and within walking distance, El Boulevard has numerous restaurants and bars. The nearest beaches are just a12-minute drive away at Los Alcázares, a seaside town on the Mar Menor, which has many restaurants, bars and shops and a pleasant 2.5 mile promenade. Both Los Alcázares and Torre Pacheco have a selection of supermarkets. Within a 30-40 minute drive there are many other golf courses including Hacienda del Alamo, El Valle, Roda, La Manga Club, Hacienda Riquelme and La Serena. The Resort is only a 30- minute drive from Murcia-Corvera airport (RMU) and approximately 1 hour from Alicante, making it easily accessible.

The outdoor pool can be heated if required at an additional cost to cover the electricity.
Driveway parking for one car.
Aircon is on a meter, with 10€ per week provided within the rental cost. Extra credit can be purchased from the property manager if required.
