This beautiful beach front villa is located in the pretty coastal resort of Medici along the Split Riviera. With its retro style interior opening out onto a sea front garden and terraces, the villa would suit a family or friends looking for a relaxing break in a quiet village within easy reach of the historic towns of Split and Makarska.

The villa is approached from the rear where parking is located. Guests enter into a hallway followed by the mezzanine ground floor. The upper part features the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate guest toilet and a door to the garage. The lower part accommodates a dining room, lounge and sliding doors opening onto a spacious terrace and garden overlooking the sea. A double bedroom, a family bathroom and a second double bedroom with additional single bed are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms feature a terrace with sea view. Access to the sea is possible via a side gate to the rear of the villa and four flights of steps down to the beach.

Car hire is recommended while staying at this villa. Areas of interest nearby include the River Cetina near Omis which offers white water rafting, canoeing and canyoning, Biokovo Nature Park as well as the ancient city of Split. Day trips to Brac island and Mostar are also possible from this area.
