Villa ROSEMARY is located only 50 meters from sea, in beautiful part of Dubrovnik, just 20 min walking distance from UNESCO's old city Dubrovnik. Recently remodeled modern - style has 220 m2 of inner space on two floors + 65 m2 of terrace with gorgeous view overlooking the sea. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate toilet room, 2 living room ( living room on the 1th floor sofa is not for sleeping) , kitchen on the first floor, one more kitchen on 2th floor and one more bedroom, bathroom, living room with extra queenside bed on 2th floor and can accept up to 10 persons. Villa ROSEMARY has solid wood flooring , fully equipped kitchens and fully equipped bathrooms. It is equipped with LED TV, and internet.
ROSEMARY has an extraordinary south-facing position, on the seafront, on the cliff above magnificent lagoon. This position provides a breathtaking view, clarity, unparalleled sunshine, and the beach at your fingertips. Beautiful BELLEVUE beach under the house even have a cave where you can swim in to it.
Guests will be provided with entire Villa, completely private terrace with furniture and private parking place.
Bus station for old town is 5 min from Villa and ride with bus lasts 4 min.
In addition, the Villa is surrounded by all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay: restaurants, cafes, theaters and open-air cinema, shops and grocery stores, newsagent, pharmacy and medical center, bus station and taxi, etc. Finally, visitors are welcome to use services of one of the most luxurious hotels in Dubrovnik (Rixos Hotel, 5 Stars), terrace bar, caffe, restaraunt. Pool ( indoor and outdoor) gym, sauna, turkish bath, all this you can use for 70 euro per night per person in Hotel Rixos next to Villa Rosemary.
We will provide our guests with the best possible treatment. We will be at their disposal during anytime of the day. Our Villa is located only a few minutes away, so if my guests ever get locked out, or need any help possible, I can assure them we will be available to them during every moment of their stay!
