Villa

Villa Alexandra is located just outside Neohori village in South Pelion on the "ring road". The villa is exactly in the center of Pelion and it gives you access to both south and north Pelion and as well to both sees Aegean and Pagasitikos gulf. It is built in a 4500 square meter lot offering a total of 310 square meters of living space on two floors plus a basement. On the ground floor you will find a big living room with fireplace and an open kitchen-dining room, a small bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a king size double bed and two more bedrooms with two beds each one, one big bathroom with shower and a smaller one also with shower. All beds are build. (There are generally 6 beds,1 double bed and 2 extendable beds which you can put wherever you want). Large verandas offer a panoramic view of the Pagasitikos gulf and the surrounding mountains. A play room with a table tenis table is organised in the basement. There is a two car covered garage in the property and various fruit trees around. There is also an outdoor BBQ as well as an outdoor shower.
The Villa (our vacation house) is fully equipped with everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. There is a small supermarket in the village for provisions as well as a pharmacy, a bakery, a few taverns with local delicacies. The main town of Argalasti is about 11 km south where a full market (gas station,medical center) can be found. There are a big number of beaches that can be reached by car, the closest ones being Lefokastro and Afissos in the Gulf, and Labinou and Potoki(Siki)in the Aegean sea, all of them about 20-25 min. Villa Alexandra is located in such a way that it will let you enjoy both the sea and the mountain during your stay here ensuring you truly memorable holidays!
