The apartment is located on the second floor of a two storey building. It is 110 m2 comfortable,clean,private and has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1WC, 1 fully equipted kitchen, 1 sitting-dinning room with fire place TV,WI/FI INTERNET,DVD,MINI STEREO. Obviously i provide sheets and towels high quality LAURA ASHLEY ,layer COCO-MAT.All apartment is at your exclusive use and most of the stuff are brand new.The neighborhood is quiet and absolutely safe with no parking problem in case you rent a car.There is a supermarket in the corner and many traditional taverns around there are also bakery and pharmacy .

The house is next to the city center ideally situated between center of Athens and Piraeus port.(00.07 min driving taxi, cost 6-7 euro) There is a bus station 50 meters from the house and 300m from the house is the tram station( operation 24.00hours)

House is 00.20 min walk from the beach where you can swim ,the magnificent seaside walk of P.Faliro and the newly build marine of Flisvos with our unique open air cinema and you can combine movie with eating the famous kebabs on the grill "souvlaki".Also 00:10 min walk from my home there is Evgenides Foundation with the new digital Planetarium totaling screen 950m2
The suburb is next to the sea it is cooler compared to the center of Athens and away from demostrations and traffic jams
