Nestled in the quiet village of Brovinje, just 3 km from the Adriatic, the property consists of four independent private apartments, always rented together as one entire property.
It is ideal for families and friends who value both togetherness and personal space.

Each apartment includes a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace — perfect for quiet mornings or starlit nights.

At the heart of the experience is a 60 m² heated swimming pool with counter-current jets, surrounded by nature and open sky.
Beside it, the pool house features a summer kitchen, BBQ, large dining table and sound system — a place where evenings stretch, laughter lingers, and time gently slows.

A separate game room with billiards, darts, foosball and minibar adds a playful note to every stay.

Surrounded by forest and silence, Villa Shanti is a base for hiking, biking, or simply listening to the wind and watching the light change through the trees.

It is also a perfect starting point for exploring the soul of Istria — from quiet coastal towns and local wineries to ancient hilltop villages and olive groves.

Each apartment has its own private entrance and terrace.
Total capacity: up to 12 guests.
All apartments are part of the same private property and are always rented together.

Guest access — Important information
The property consists of four officially registered apartments and is rented exclusively as a whole to one family or group at a time.
There are no other guests on the property during your stay.
