This lovely detached Villa has been beautifully decorated and furnished and has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a luxury family holiday or golf break. Added to the fact that it is located on one of the best Golf & Leisure Resorts in Spain, this is an ideal villa and location for your holiday.

The spacious open plan lounge/diner has seating for 4 people and a dining table and 4 chairs. There is an LCD TV with UK channels and free WIFI. The lounge leads out through sliding patio doors to a covered terrace and the private pool beyond. The extremely spacious and separate kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There is air conditioning in all rooms, plus heaters for the cooler months.

The master bedroom has 2 single beds, a double built in wardrobe with sliding doors. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, washbasin and bidet. The second bedroom also has 2 single beds, built in wardrobes and new independent air conditioning unit offering both cold and hot air. The separate shower room is located close to the 2nd bedroom and has a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.

From the covered terrace, step out onto the south facing garden and private heated pool (optional at extra cost). There is also a roof solarium accessed by an external staircase and is furnished with an additional dining table and chairs. Pool towels are provided for your convenience and there is also one bicycle at the villa for guests to use.

The property is located in the newest area of the resort, a short walk from a children's play area with a climbing frame, tubular slide, see saws and plenty of sand! The property is ideally positioned in a quite and peaceful residential area between the Town Centre and the El Boulevard areas of the resort.
