It is located on a hill overlooking the town and is surrounded by pine trees that provide complete privacy.



Villa consists of 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, dining area, terrace and swimming pool (8*2.5m). Interior is furnished in a modern luxurious way. For fun you have billiards and for those active there is a gym. Outside besides the pool you can also enjoy in your private hacienda surrounded by plants and flowers.



If you are a passionate about sports, cultural events, concerts, parties for children or  night life, a small fishing town Novigrad guarantees plenty of fun and unforgettable events.

Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 23 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
