One twin bedroom and one double bedroom, both with air conditioning.



Two bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and separate shower.



Large patio doors open onto the terrace, overlooking the pool and garden area perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing in the sun.



First floor:



A spacious master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and air conditioning.



Outdoor area:

The garden offers a peaceful and private atmosphere, with a well-kept lawn and a unique triangular-shaped swimming pool (7m x 8m) with Roman steps.

The pool can be heated (optional extra temperature maintained between 26°C and 28°C).

Surrounding the pool are spacious terraces and a built-in BBQ, ideal for outdoor meals and gatherings.



The villa also features an alarm system for added security.
