Private vacation home

La Dragonnière is a rustic traditional provencal farm house. There are 2 houses on site, the main house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, sitting room and a hall with cloakroom attached. The second house has a large sitting room, bathroom with shower and toilet, upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, a library area and a bathroom with separate toilet. There is air-conditioning in the smaller house and in all 4 bedrooms in the larger house.
Between the 2 houses there is a covered dining area with BBQ. There is a large garden with several terraces, a swimming pool (10m x 5m). The pool can be heated between May and September. There is also an old tennis court which has some cracks and gravel where the surface has broken up. It is good for family tennis but it is not Roland Garros as you will get a few odd bounces!
A car is essential to take advantage of what the area has to offer. Nice airport is approximately 35 minutes away.
