The Friends & Family House is a majestic and breathtaking property located in Petalidi facing Kalamata and Mani. The property is sea-oriented and is only 20 metres from the beach. It has its own security gate with 3 private parking spots and a second direct security entrance to the property.
The property consists of a two story building, each floor of which is an independent residence.
The down-floor residence consists of a sew-view living room, an open-plan kitchen, 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with direct access to the swimming pool and the garden, a fully-equipped spacious bathroom and balconies. There is also a sofa bed for two more people.
The second-floor residence consists of a sea-view living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with view to the swimming pool and the garden, a fully-equipped spacious bathroom and balconies. A sofa bed for one person is also available. An exterior concrete side stair gives access to the second floor residence.

The first level consists of a plain grass area with a direct stair access to the beach at the end of it, garden paths surrounded with blooming flowers such as levanders and roses, bushes and fruit trees. The second level consists of a swimming pool, a kids swimming pool, a spacious leisure area between the pools with an indoor kitchenette, dining area and a bathroom. There is also a children playground in the exterior area. A small vegetable garden is located at the north corner of the exterior area. The whole outdoor space is surrounded at the edges with oleanders providing a unique sensation of harmony.
