It also offers internet access, IPTV channels with Sky, international television and has independent air-conditioning units in all bedrooms and living room. From the living area you walk out on to the balcony/terrace and from there you see you are in the heart of the port of Estepona, with its restaurants, bars and cafes. You also have the great views over the marina. The apartment offers two bedrooms; one with a family bathroom and the master bedroom is en-suite. From the master bedroom you can also walk out onto the terrace. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. The apartment is in just a couple of minutes walk of supermarkets, bus stops and taxi rank, so it is really well located for a holiday in the heart of Estepona.
