Located in a beautiful Marine Reserve Area of Plemmirio the property provides close proximity to Siracusa and its historical centre Ortigia listed by Unesco as a World Heritage Site (15 minutes drive). It is also close enough for a short scenic drive to some of the most beautiful late baroque towns of the Val di Noto (Caltagirone, Catania, Modica, Noto,Palazzolo, Ragusa and Scicli).

The house has a modern coastal style and effortlessly elegant atmosphere that will put you immediately at ease. It is fully furnished and stocked with everything you would expect in your home. Lots of light, air conditioning, wifi, fresh linens and fluffy towels!

My home features a modern master suite with sea view, 2nd bedroom with two single beds with private garden view, spacious living/dining room with access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The surrounding areas offer a crystal clear blue sea and fabulous beaches with breathtaking views that will make your holiday unforgettable. Here, the coast offers both a typical rocky shoreline and fine sandy beaches as Arenella, Fontane Bianche, Vendicari, San Lorenzo (from 5 to 20 minutes drive).

The neighbourhood is very quiet and has a grocery store and bar/pizzeria close by (2 minutes drive or 5 minutes walk).
