Villa Akrotiri Otzias, is located at the North West part of the beautiful island of Kea, in an inviting surrounding, fully protected from the north wind. The villa is ideally located with a 10 minute car ride to colorful Vourkari, Kea’s most well known bay with restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars, as well as some clothes shops. It is also close to some of Kea’s beaches like Otzias bay, which is 7 minutes away. This 240sq meters villa, built with natural local stone, offers luxurious accommodation, privacy and a stunning outdoor living area with a 75sq meters swimming pool, spacious terraces and a tennis court/ 5×5 football pitch. The villa, which is fully air-conditioned and provides accommodation for 8 people, has a large living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom, two more comfortable bedrooms. There is also a separate guest room with its own kitchen and bathroom. Quality outdoor furniture offers guests an opportunity for sunbathing and ultimate relaxation with a stunning view of Vourkari bay and the surrounding hills. The villa offers a unique opportunity for young and adult tennis and football lovers with its professional 5×5 football pitch and tennis Court.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

Amenities: The Kitchen in main house has an oven, hobs, dishwasher,washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, filter coffee machine, multi blender, electric hand mixer, cooking utensils. Other Amenities are Flat screen TV in living room, DVD player,books, internet, stereo with music surround in the house, round the pool area, the BBQ area and the main veranda, fireplace, heating, air-conditioning throughout both the house and the guest house, an extra freezer. The Kitchen in the guest house has hobs, kettle, espresso machine, oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils.

Facilities: Main house: One master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with a shower, dining table for 10 people 1 w.c. Guest house has 2 single beds, which can be joined to make a double bed, one bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor amenities: swimming pool, pool shower, tennis court, mini football pitch, outside dining table for 10 people with 10 director chairs, BBQ, wood oven, small outdoor kitchenette with sink and gas rings. 4 wooden sunbeds with a large umbrella, outdoor sofas and coffee tables.
