Villa Colina is a great holiday destination for both couples and families with an open naya, private pool and terraces with outdoor dining...perfect for those looking for holiday sun in a peaceful and beautiful setting but close to the beaches and town of Moraira. The villa is very comfortable with a large modern living room and is a short drive or 25 minutes walk to beaches, cafes, bars and a range of restaurants that suit all tastes and pockets. There is a supermarket, local bars and restaurants just 10 mins walk from the villa. The villa also offers car parking for a number of cars behind secure gates.

Our villa gets the sun all day, but there are many options for shade and both the pool and grounds are not over-looked. The villa is positioned on a large plot with a beautiful, well-maintained Mediterranean garden with many palm trees, cacti and fruit trees..including lemon and fig. The private and secluded freeform 8x4m pool has an outside hot/cold shower plus sun beds overlooked by a terrace with a round table and chairs. The open naya overlooks the pool, with a comfortable sofa and arm chairs, as does the dining room. At the back there is also another terrace within the garden with a gas BBQ kitchen and dining table for great evenings in the summer.

As well as HD Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi there is also air-conditioning in every room and for the odd day in winter, central heating. There is lots of space indoors and with both family and en-suite bathrooms and all rooms one level, ensure you can enjoy our villa in its quiet and peaceful location.
