Large 55m2 Studio Apartment on the 16th floor of Clube Praia Mar with spectacular Ocean view. The apartment situated on the 16th floor provides a real feeling of comfort and relaxation with spectacular ocean views from the balcony.
The apartment has air conditioning, 42 inch television with cable channels (multiple languages) and Blu-Ray player with Netflix for entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchenette comes with fridge / freezer, hob, microwave, washing machine and coffee machine. All cooking equipment and place settings for 4 people are provided.
The living area provides relaxation from the days activities with double size sofabed (140cm x 200cm), dining table & chairs, 42 inch widescreen smart TV with satellite channels, NetFlix and Blu-Ray player. Access to the balcony with spectacular views to the Atlantic Ocean, River Arade and Portimao.
The bedroom area offers a super king size bed (180cm x 200cm) or 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm) with duvet(s) and four pillows. A large double size wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. Two bedside cabinets with lamps. We provide all bedding, linen and towels for all guests. There is also a baby cot provided (no bedding).
The modern bathroom comes with bathtub and integrated shower, hand basin, bidet and toilet. Towels and hand towels for all guests are provided. Toiletries are also provided.
The Clube Praia Mar complex features an open air swimming pool and one for children as well as a poolside snack bar, restaurant, sun loungers and parasols. A la carte restaurant for evening dining and buffet breakfast, paid locally within the complex. There is also a bar. Free parking is available in the complex car park or underground garage.
The beautiful and highly awarded Praia da Rocha beaches are only a 5 minute walk away (250m) with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and recreational activities.
