This time-share villa, available for the last two weeks of August, is on the Marbesa Resort, 45 minutes from Malaga airport, 15 minutes from downtown Marbella and within easy reach of the sophisticated restaurants and nightlife of Puerto Banus. Managed by Heritage Resorts a weekly maid service and change of linen is included. Their multilingual reception can cater for all requirements including car hire, excursions and any extras including additional beds, cots etc. The villa is in a secluded location with private parking. The master bedroom with double bed has its own en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and is adjacent to a family bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have independent air conditioning units. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer etc. There is sufficient crockery, cutlery and glassware for 6 guests. The open plan lounge and dining area, with satellite TV and DVD player opens through double doors to the patio and kidney shaped pool which is cleaned weekly. The patio is furnished with dining facilities, sun loungers and a built-in barbecue. The private garden is extensive and well maintained. The roof-top terrace provides a view of the sea just 150 metres away, where there are a variety of beach side restaurants. There is a basic super market on site; others offering greater variety are within easy driving distance. Several golf courses are nearby including the superb Santa Maria golf club.
