Sit on the balcony and lookout over the marina, pool and coastline. The sun shines on the balcony for most of the day creating a wonderful place for Al Fresco dining. Guest also have access to the large community pool and your car is kept cool in the secure underground garage. The apartment is air-conditioned providing hot or cold air making it a great place to stay all year round. Leave the apartment and within 2 minutes you are in the marina where you can find many restaurants and bars.

The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and most importantly wine glasses! There is seating for four adults in the main living area, dining table and TV/DVD. The two bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and the master bedroom has a private balcony.

Almerimar is a traditional authentic Spanish resort with a relaxed informal atmosphere. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around the marina and the beach is serviced with sunbeds and showers. If you fancy a day away from the beach the city of Almeria is less than one hour away and historic Granada with the Alhambra Palace less than two hours away.

WIFI is free. 6 euros allowance per day for electricity is pre loaded into the meter. If required, additional electric cards can be purchased from the management company in resort. Additional fee for out of hours meet and greet. Fee is 35euros and will be added to your VRBO booking if required.
