The location is quiet and very near the centre and the sea, with all amenities within a short walk. The sea from the villa is just a 15-minute walk and the centre is 10 minutes walk. From the harbour of Tropea, there is a ship every day to the Eolies'island. There is parking below the villa but a car is not necessary to see all that Tropea offers. In all, this is an excellent, central, family holiday villa, and we have many testimonials - please ask. Airport Transfers cost 80€ and basic grocery packs (at cost) may be provided by arrangement. Rules of the property
On the day of check-in, customers must pay the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax.

The opening hours of the swimming pool are from 9:30 A.M. to 13:30 P.M. and from 15:00 P.M. to 20:00 P.M.
