This spacious chalet LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE PISTE - has the only prime position, literally stepping from the ski room door to the piste.(please see attached You Tube video and read our reviews) It has high quality fittings throughout and will comfortably sleep 10 guests with 3 bathrooms and a separate drench shower in the sauna / wellness area. All bedrooms are full size with no vertical ladders to mezzanine areas, as found with the majority of other 10 person chalets in Annaberg. All have lots of storage for our guests. High specification kitchen including steam oven,coffee machine and dishwasher. Childrens den area with games console. Walnut dining table with sumptuous leather dining suite and comfortable leather sofa in the lounge. underfloor heating throughout and wood burning stove. purpose built ski/boot room with boot dryer/warmer and clothes dryer as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. all duvets are luxury feather and down filled and mattresses are memory foam for comfort and allergenic reasons. fantastic views to the piste and surrounding mountains.Skiing is truly from your door with absolutely no walking involved.



This 4 bedroom newly built chalet will make your stay in Austria truly memorable. It is situated directly on the slope with piste views from the kitchen and mountain views from the lounge. Truly a ski in ski out property with purpose built ski/boot room housing boot warmer/dryer and clothes dryer as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. The underfloor heating throughout the chalet will warm your toes from the moment you step in to the moment you retire to bed.The boot room leads to the sauna and wellness area where you can relax after an exhilarating day on the slopes. The high spec kitchen contains all the comforts you could wish for including steam oven, coffee maker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. You can choose to dine in making yourself comfortable at the large walnut dining table with red leather built in dining sofa and relax afterward in the lounge with leather sofa and wood burning stove. The lounge is equipped with 42” flat screen TV with DVD.

The childres area has a 32” TV and the basement bedroom has a 26” TV/DVD player. With sumptuous soft furnishing throughout your comfort is guaranteed. Should you wish to eat out there are numerous restaurants in the village or 100 yards from the front door you will find the Dolomitenhof serving superb food. The chalet can comfortable sleep 10 guests and the luxurious feather and down duvets coupled with memory foam mattress provide you with a beautiful nights sleep and are completely hypoallergenic for allergy sufferers. Three double bedrooms are furnished with solid oak super king sized beds and the fourth bedroom houses 2 triple sleeper bunks. A den area on the first floor landing equipped with gaming console will keep the children happy. There are three luxury bathrooms with heated towel rails and a separate walk in drench shower in the wellness area.

Balconies to the slope side and to the mountain from the bedrooms together with ample deck areas from the lounge and kitchen make the most of the privacy and the breathtaking views. There is private off road undercover parking for two vehicles at the front of the property.
Sunday to Sunday bookings may be considered if you want to avoid the traffic and enjoy quiet skiing on a saturday
