This fantastic private luxurious villa consists of two ample double bedrooms, one of them with single beds in the lower floor with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool; the other bedroom in the upper floor with a double bed, and direct access to the solarium and the superior terrace. Both of them are equipped with bathrooms with bathtub, wide wardrobes and air-conditioning/heating.

The deposit box can be found in the main bedroom.

Las Terrazas 13 has got an acclimatized private swimming pool (swimming pool conditioning service not included in the price). In this luxurious villa we can find a wide and elegant living room, marble floors, TV with international channels, DVD, and a modern kitchen totally equipped and attached to the dining-living room. It is a confortable and functional villa, ideal to relax and rest under the amazing sun of the Gran Canaria Island. It is perfect for an unforgettable holiday.

This property is located in a residential area, for this all those activities that can bother neighbors are strictly prohibited.

Rectangular-shaped, poolside shower, stainless steel ladder to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 6 metres long, 2,5 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.

Welcoming and key handover by our staff until 20.00 hours.

Our customers are gifted with an exclusive “welcoming pack” with basic products to spend the day in the villa.

You will have our especial service of fresh breads deliver (delivered at the first hour in the morning in your villa).

It will carry out a complete weekly cleaning (after the 7 nights) with change of sheets set and towels for stays superior to 1 week.

This villa provides a cradle service without additional charge for minors under two years old. We pray you let us know at the booking, since the cradle and the highchair are available under petition.

***Guests are required to leave a deposit of 500 euros to cover the possible damages that may be done. This deposit will be reimbursed completely at the check-out and is liable to inspection.
