Southwest facing superb modern luxury villa of 370m2 with design furniture and all commodities in the residential area of Llenaire, located 200M from the sea. One floor distribution. The distribution includes an entrance-hall, followed by a spacious lounge and dining area (70m2). The sleeping area includes 4 en-suite double bedrooms (41m2, 26m2 and 2 x 23m2). All bathrooms have walk-in showers and the master bedroom also enjoys a separate bathtub. The kitchen is fully fitted with Siemens/Foster/Smeg appliances and has a lovely lounge area (55m2). It also disposes a Nespresso coffee machine as well as filter coffee machine. There are two big screen Smart televisions (international channels HIGH SPEED fiber optic INTERNET connection (up to 300MB), standard movie and sport channels, including sky sport channels( Opcional), Movistar+ is also available. Guest toilet, spacious laundry room, parquet floor and fully integrated air conditioned throughout (Hot&Cold). Pool towels are provided. You dispose also of table- tennis, a putting golf exercise mat. Heated pool (opcional): The heating of the pool, which reaches a maximum of 23ºC, can only be activated by the property and must be requested in advance. This service has an extra cost of 750 € / week (minimum price, which is maintained even if you book less than 7 nights, optional, ask for a quote). Spacious terraces and garden. GOLF courses: There are 2 Golf courses very nearby. The first one is located in Pollensa (10 min drive) and offers 9 holes. The second one, owned by the Porsche family, is located in Alcudia (Aucanada 15min drive) and offers 18 holes with fantastic sea views.
CYCLING: Our villa's location is ideal for your cycling trips weather easy going over flat roads to f.e. the Albufera (Alcudia) or for some more experienced people going into the Tramuntana mountain range.
The first SHOPS are only 500M away.
