Our apartment is located in the centre of the village. It is a ground floor two bedroom apartment suitable for winter skiing and summer walking or activity holidays. The ski slopes are just a few minutes walk away or if preferred, the ski bus stops just outside. The area is particularly suited to families with a good range of skiing facilities including extensive cross country ski trails. Seefeld in winter is the most romantic setting and the perfect place for a winter wonderland holiday. The apartment is modern and benefits from connection to the town's centralised hot water supply. There is a biofuel log effect fire in the living room making for a cosy atmosphere after a long day in the snow. There is an underground parking space. In summer the scenery is spectacular and the weather generally warm and sunny. There are many activities available although relaxing in the sunshine is always an option. Value: This property is a new apartment only a few meters from the centre of the village. It has a large lounge/kitchen area. The kitchen is very high quality with granite worktops and an island eating area for 6 people. There is also a glass top garden dining table with 6 chairs on the terrace. The lounge has a double sofa bed and 3 single armchairs and a 42'' flat screen TV with connection to UK TV via Cable TV. There is also wireless broadband available. The main floors are hardwood with carpet in the bedrooms and ceramic tiles in the bathrooms hard wood in the utility room.
