On the first floor there are a further two bedrooms. The first of which is a large, double aspect bedroom with double bed and direct access to a private balcony on one side and a beautiful seating area to the other... perfect for enjoying the morning sun.
The 2nd bedroom on the first floor has two single beds with fitted wardrobe and a bathroom.
A roof terrace completes the outdoor space at the property and is fully equipped with sun beds.
Los Alcazares has a fantastic coastline with over 7 kilometres of sandy beaches that give direct access to the warm waters of the Mar Menor, "little sea.” The beach is extremely safe for children and boasts a blue flag. Dotted along the beach are a host of bars & restaurants perfect for tapas, a cold local beer... all oozing with Spanish hospitality. Running the entire length of the beach is a modern promenade, perfect for walking and cycling.
The town centre of Los Alcázares has a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There is lovely family feel and a wide selection of cuisines to suit every taste.
There are also two golf courses close by... La Serana and Roda and you will also find another 12 courses within a 25 minute drive which includes the stunning sports complex at La Manga Club.
The port city of Cartagena is a 15 minute drive away. A simply beautiful city, well worth a visit to see the many interesting sights related to maritime and Roman history. A fantastic range of shops and restaurants will complete your trip.
The university City of Murcia is a short drive away. Plaza Cardenal Belluga is the city’s architectural showpiece, where the ornate cathedral, with its mash-up of styles from Gothic to baroque, and the colorful 18th-century Palacio Episcopal stand in striking contrast to the modern 1990s.
