The beautiful Arcadien villa in Calpe has a capacity for 6 guests with stunning views of the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park and the sea. It is located within the Maryvilla urbanisation in Calpe and is ideal for families in an absolutely privileged, peaceful environment with plenty of natural light.

The accommodation has 120 m² all on a single floor, we will find a main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and air conditioning, a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and the third bedroom with two more single beds and air conditioning. A bathroom with a shower, living-dining room with beautiful views, air conditioning, a fully equipped independent kitchen. From the living room, you can access a beautiful terrace from where you can contemplate beautiful sunrises and sunsets with the Peñón de Ifach in the background and our calm Mediterranean Sea.

Going down a flight of stairs from the dwelling, you will find the beautiful private swimming pool from where you can enjoy the beautiful views again, and from where you can eat, have breakfast or dinner, thus having various spaces for rest and enjoyment. Do not miss it!
