A beautiful villa set in a quiet rural location with stunning sea views. Originally a Portuguese farmhouse it has been extensively modernised to provide excellent accommodation. The villa is south facing and the garden captures the best of the sunshine whilst offering maximum privacy. From the villa you can look out across the pool with a backdrop of a superb sea view.
This idyllic accommodation provides all you need for long lazy peaceful days in the sun, whatever the season.
The surrounding area is full of natural beauty throughout the year and is ideal for anyone wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life. With a beach and plenty of restaurants (within) just 15 minutes walk, you will not have far to travel.
A car is recommended to enjoy the magic of the area with five or six beautiful quiet beaches and coves within a few minutes drive.
For those wishing for some night life the town of Carvoeiro is 10 minutes drive away and has some lively bars, restaurants and plenty of boutiques and shops.
If you can raise yourself from this idyllic retreat then there are numerous golf courses within 30 minutes of the property and for the family the two great water parks on the Algarve within 20 minutes drive.
The property is one villa that has been sub divided into two separate villas, each sleeping four with their own kitchen and bathroom, making it an excellent choice for two families or friends sharing. The two villas are linked via an internal interconnecting door. The pool and outside area are secluded and not overlooked by other properties. The villa is set in its own grounds and off the beaten track.
The property has recently had two newly refurbished bathrooms, kitchens and lounge furniture.
The property does have wi-fi if for those that need to keep in touch.
Accommodation
The whole property consists of two master bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, two lounges each with access to the pool and garden and two kitchen/dinning rooms.
Each kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and a wide range of utensils.
A BBQ is also provided together with tables and chairs for outside dining. Loungers and parasols are provided for use in the garden and pool area.
Steps at the side of the property lead to a large roof terrace, perfect for peace and quiet while watching the sunset or enjoying the night time sky.
Towels and bed linen is provided. Please provide own beach towels.
The garden area is well maintained and the pool is checked and cleaned weekly.
Weekly maid service is provided. Additional maid service available upon request. Cot and high chair available if required.
