Dimora Cantore 3 is located on the second floor of an elegant building with elevator close to via Mazzini, the famous shopping street which connects Piazza Bra to Piazza delle Erbe.

Once inside the apartment, there is a living room with a single sofa bed and dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen is provided with everything you need for cooking. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. From the bedroom you can also access to a small balcony overlooking the street and to a small laundry room. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort: TV, hair dryer, washing machine, microwave.

Security deposit: €200.00.
Please note that payment for your reservation is managed directly by our agency. You will receive an email when each payment is due, with details on how to pay by bank transfer or credit card. The first 50% is due 60 days before arrival, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.
