If you fancy a pleasant day by the water, you are only 30 km away from Lake Trasimeno. For excursions, the medieval cities of Gubbio and Perugia are about 40 km. Gubbio has numerous palazzi to watch out and Perugia is famous for its art among other things.

You have indoor heating in the holiday home for comfort. Before plunging into the pool you can soak up on the loungers. The private terrace with garden furniture is great to linger outdoors. You will enjoy reading a book or sipping hot coffee in the shared garden. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee per pet.
