This villa , which is the biggest in this Estate, has two outdoor pergolas with dining and sitting areas (each dining table sitting 12 people), with access to a large shared swimming pool, offers great view to the Aegean sea, overlooking the beaches of Platys Gialos, Paranga(Scorpios) and Psarrou (Nammos) in just 3 klm away, the Airport at 1,5 klm, town/port at 3 klm.
High speed 50Mbps internet access inside and outside the house, Cable Led TV 37'', two Hi-Fi stereo systems (indoor and outdoor) and Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules are available. Two safe-boxes in the house and -4-four fully equipped bathrooms.
Inside the villa, there is a tastefully furnished open-plan living and dining room, with a fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms (the master in ground floor , the 1st floor bedroom with separate entrance and veranda, and the guestroom which is the biggest room with separate entrance and access to the back pergola, all with unobstructed Aegean sea view, and a 4th smaller bedroom with two bunk beds.
All beds are equipped with new mattresses.

There is an orthodox church(privately owned) in the grounds.The Estate is full of palm trees which gives a tropical touch to the gardens, something rare in the dry Mykonos island.
Renting a car or bike is essential in order to make the best of your holiday, to visit the beaches and sights and to do your shopping. However, in less than 1 klm there is a bus stop which takes you to the centre of town and the beaches.
We can arrange transfers from/to airport/port (under a free paid by guests)
Daily one hour cleaning is offered complementary free of charge.
- towel change : Once every 3 days.
-Smoking is not permitted inside the villa and Pets are not allowed.
-Guests under 23 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
We expect guests to behave as they would in their own home and keep the house clean and tidy.
During 15:30-17:30 (siesta time) and also late at night, we request guests to keep the noise level to the minimum.
The host with her team are available at all times to help guests with all their querries.
