Listen to the sound of the waves in our fully air conditioned, Contemporary three bedroom villa. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a single bed, large fitted wardrobes. The other two bedrooms upstairs have two twin beds in each. Sleeps seven people. One bathroom upstairs with toilet, bath and shower over, one shower room and toilet downstairs. Stunning circular lounge/ dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs bar area/chill out room/library, music room. Large, private, fully enclosed garden making it a safe haven for children, large heated (heating at extra cost) swimming pool with sunloungers. Lovely shady pergola by the pool with retractable roof and sides, comfy outside sofas, dining table and chairs , BBQ and a gas fired fire pit for chilly nights. Steps leading off the terrace, upto a stunning rooftop solarium with 360 degree of beach ,Africa and surrounding area, furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Perfect for that evening sundowner while watching glorious sunset. Spacious terrace leading off from lounge/dining room, with patio table and chairs, and outside lights. Walking distance to shops and two mins walk to extensive beach and many lovely beachside chiringuitos. Twenty mins drive into Marbella. twenty mins drive to the beautiful white village in the hills, Mijas Pueblo. Malaga is a beautiful city to visit and is only thirty mins drive.
The charming Port of Cabopino, is a pleasant 30 minutes stroll along the beach. Many excellent restaurants surround the little port, and great restaurants on the extensive beach, with sunbeds and shades. Live music on the beach late afternoon and evenings, a great atmosphere.
Our nearest restaurant to walk to is Restaurant 200. Just two mins walk from the villa. Five minutes further on is Moosa Bay restaurant. A charming restaurant, extensive decking area on various levels, with great view of the sunset . Set on a beautiful small beach, very safe for children. Food is just amazing. Very comfortable sunbeds on the beach with waiter service from the restaurant. Live music late afternoon and early evening in the summer. Perfect for a meal, or just a drink. Also serves and excellent breakfast.
Another ten mins walk will take you to Simbads restaurant, again great food, ambience and steps directly onto the beach
