In the very heart of hilly Istria in the village of Majeri you will find Villa EL, a holiday home only 7, 5 km drive from the nearby town of Buzet and 30 km away from the sea.
The house, originally dating from the olden days (1806), was completely restored in 2015. It extends on two floors: the ground floor houses the kitchen, dining room, living room completed with the fireplace and exit onto the balcony, and the toilet with a shower. On the first floor there are two double rooms, one single room as well as the bathroom with the balcony overlooking the swimming pool and garden.
The garden – yard includes the swimming pool, barbecue station, roofed terrace and parking spaces.
Surrounded by pristine nature the house stands in the vicinity of wine yards, olive groves and orchards, giving you the unique chance to taste homemade Istrian traditional food, local wine, olive oil as well as the world renown truffles.
