The kitchen is fully equipped with Halogen hobs, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, & washing machine.
The large roof solarium is equipped with a 6 seater Dining Table & Chairs, 2 sun loungers, Coffee Table & Chairs.
A large communal swimming pool, with separate shallow area for small children, and playground equipment, are a few steps from the front door.
There is an onsite town area containing a supermarket, restaurants, bars & other retail outlets. Close to the apartment is the Condado Sports club, which has a restaurant, bar, and a range of sports facilities
The Jack Nicklaus golf course & clubhouse are available to all but membership of the CDA Golf Society is recommended for preferential rates.
