Our recently refurbished penthouse triplex apartment is in a fabulous location on a smart complex surrounded by a large choice of cafes, restaurants and bars. Near the best golf clubs in Nueva Andalucia, and the beaches of Puerto Banus and Marbella. Walking distance of the excellent Saturday market selling everything from clothes to art and a small supermarket open 7 days a week.

A dining terrace off the lounge plus large open roof terrace with extensive views, perfect for relaxing and watching the colourful sunsets. There are cream marble floors throughout with new silent air-conditioning and heating. The master has a super-king bed with excellent quality new deep mattress and en suite with bath/shower. The second bedroom twin beds are extra long and there is a further full sized bathroom.

If required there is a spacious, secure underground parking space next to the lift to the apartment that can be organised by arrangement
The Aloha Gardens complex has lots to offer a large pool with summer lifeguard, extensive Moorish influenced gardens with pools & fountains. A further area is dedicate to families with young ones with a gated pool and play area. During the winter months you can make use of the indoor heated pool.
The friendly Brothers tennis club and cafe welcomes all, with childrens coaching, is a short walk away . There are 4 racquets at the apartment
We have equipped the apartment with everything you could possibly need to provide a real home from home at amazing prices. Young ones are catered for with mini patio furniture, books, beach toys etc.
