The region boasts 500+ km of hiking trails, 140 km of bike paths, 2 ski slopes, 3 cross-country trails, and attractions like Center Parcs, a high ropes course, and an adventure pool. Popular excursions include Winterberg, Willingen, Korbach, Fort Fun, and Edersee.

The villa includes central heating, private parking, and the option to book an additional guest (fee applies).

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
