Casita Del Sol is a lovely 1-bedroom modern first floor apartment for up to 4 adults. Located in Calpe and very close a small sandy beach and to Calpe's main la fosa beach and the promenade with all the bar and restaurant's. Casita del sol has a very large outdoor space with sofas and table and chairs perfect for enjoying al fresco eating and relaxing. The apartment has a lovely main bedroom with a build in closet and views on the large terrace area. From the lounge, you can sit at the dining table and enjoy the sea view. The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed. 32” Led Tv with Spanish and English TDT programs available and Bluetooth speaker system. The modern bathroom has a large shower and toilet. Ample free street parking around the block. There are 2 sun loungers.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has a ceramic cooker, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and washing machine.

The Costa Blanca is a very popular cosmopolitan holiday destination. There are miles of beautiful blue flag beaches, breathtaking mountain scenery, traditional Spanish towns, fiestas and interesting places to see and fantastic reasonably priced food and wine.

Visit the towns of Moraira and Altea with their popular street markets, marinas and trendy restaurants. A twenty minute drive takes you to vibrant Benidorm where you'll find Aqualandia, a great waterpark for all ages and Mundamar, a wild life park. Terramitica theme park can also be found a short distance from Benidorm.

The beautiful drive to Guadelest with its fortress perched high on a craggy rock can be found inland and is well worth a visit. The castle village has lots of craft and souvenir shops, cafés and museums. You can take a tour around the inside of the castle.

The Fonts del Algar (water falls) in Callosa d'en Sarria makes a lovely day out, you can swim and the more adventurous can jump into the water from the rocks.
