It's only a few metres from the sea front and has everything you need right outside. The train station, bus stop and beach are only a 5 minute walk. Nice 5 minutes by train, Monte Carlo less than 20 and Antibes half an hour, making this apartment a great base for visiting this beautiful area.
The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor of an old original style building dating back to 1610. There are 40 steps up to the apartment It is very bright, clean and comfortable and perfect for 2 guests.. There is an entrance hall with shower room, living room with American kitchen and 1 double bedroom. The apartment overlooks the Rue Obscure which is classified as an historical national monument. There is air conditioning which is essential in this area during the summer months.
