Villa Mirna is located on the western part of Istria, 7km from the beaches and only 7 km from Slovenian border. 1.5km for the city of Buje, where you can find all offices and shops. When you look at a broader picture, it is only 5 hours from Milano, Munich, Vienna, thus very much suitable for one week visits.
Positioned on a hill, it has a nice view over the coast and city of Umag. The sun goes down in the sea and you can enjoy it.

It is very pleasant to enjoy the surroundings by walking, biking or visiting towns and villages. And, of course, in the warm months, going to one of the beaches, having swim and come back home where the breeze makes it very pleasant.

Golf resort Kempinski is on 10 minutes distance.

It is only two hours from skiing areas in Austria and Italy (Dolomites), and often after a day of skiing in Marmolata, you can spend a warm evening at home, near the fireplace. Also, only two hours from Villach, Venice and many other nice cities that you can visit.

Village of Jurcanija has few houses and large plots.

The neighbors are mainly local people, but there are also villas and holiday houses owned by Germans, Slovene, Italians and Dutch citizens.

The forest offers a nice habitat for birds, rabbits and dears, which sometimes grass just next to our plot. It is a quiet and picturesque surroundings with lot of sun, peace and nature. That can be refreshing after a visit to a touristic areas in the neighborhood, just a few kilometers away.
