This detached stone house is perfect for a couple with two children or two couples.The house is situated on a beautiful spot overlooking the Pagasitikos bay.It has an area of 68sqm with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.The master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom.On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen and the master bedroom. The house is fully equipped and furnished with all necessary appliances and comforts. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. There is a garden with external seating and shaded area for those take-it-easy long breakfasts.

Outside, there is a small garden,where one can rest, eat and enjoy the view. The veranda with a garden is 100 m² approx. looking on the bay. The house has a covered parking area .

During the summer period, our guests will also find equipment for the beach. ( 1 umbrella,2 sea mattresses,2 beach mats and 2 beach seats)

The house is situated in an very quiet area.No car or noises since the road is a dead end road and it is used only by 5 houses.
It is a unique place for those who like quiet and relaxing vacations.

The house has a unique advantage .
Its location is such ,that in 15 minutes you are on the beaches of pagasitikos gulf and in about 30 -45 minutes in the most lovely beaches of Greece, in the Aegean sea.

One can reach the village square on foot through a pathway in 5 minutes or by car in 2 minutes.

The beaches of Lambinou,Milopotamos,fakistra, xinovrisi(or potistika) agioi saranda etc. are some of the most spectacular of the region.
On the way back you can enjoy your meal in the squares of milies, vizitsa or pinakates.
The beaches in the gatzea area are at a distance of 10 minutes away from the house.If you like to read under the trees in front of the sea,you can go to 'rivera' where you can of course also swim (it is a place for children too).
