The property lies in Umbria at 14 km from the town of Todi, 40 km southern of Perugia (airport) and 130 km northern of Rome. It is characterised by a well-maintained garden with a 12x6 swimming pool, all for your private use. It's a quiet area with nice panoramic views. The property is suitable for up to 12 people. There are 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. There is also sofabed in the living room of the tower. Cot available on request. On the ground floor there are: porch for outdoor dining, well equipped kitchen with table for 10, 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, porch. The last room is in the tower and it has a cooking corner, dining area and single sofa bed. Broadband Wi-fi internet connecion available for free.

If interested, it’s possible to have additional services on spot as: cook and/or cooking lessons, maid service. We have also local contacts for bike and vespa rentals, horse riding, wine and food tasting, tours of Umbria and hot air balloon experience.

The nearest restaurant/pizzeria (Al Leone) lies at 3,5 km from the property. Other nearby restaurants we suggest are Osteria Novecento (5,5km), Villa Selva (9km). The nearest winery (cantina Signae) is at 12km and there are many more around the old village of Montefalco (24km). To buy groceries, there is supermarket at 4km open all days from 8 in the morning to 8 in the evening (on Sunday only in the morning from 8am to 1 pm. If you like to buy food from local farmers we suggest Fattoria Luchetti and farmer Alessandro Ricci (near Papiano) for fruits and vegetables. There are also 2 fruits and vegetables shops on the road to Marsciano. Hospital at 3km (hope you will not need it…).
