A house is up on a hiil 3 kilometers from Ermoypoli CIty, capitol of Cyclades Greece.
It's about 8 years old building in 6.000 square meters private land with olive trees and vineyard. The inner surface of the house is 126m³. The Southwest orientation and its location on a hill give endless horizons with color palettes of West Cyclades Islands. The sea is 5min with a car
There is one master bedroom (double bed) with pop art feel, one children room with one bed , onother one bedroom with double bed and lots of toys and books, another one office room with one bed and a spacious living-room with large professionally equipped gourmet kitchen. In a saloon there exist one bed futon sofa, and a fireplace. The dining- place is in the same area with living-room. The light views to the sea and the horizon hills is amazing.(large windows and double doors for terraces)

Our outdoors sitting-area is around the house with two BBQ,two terraces.The large terrace has a pergola shaded seating and dining.Τhere is a garden with organic vegetables and space with chickens for our free range eggs production!IDEAL outdoor spaces for children(playgrounds) , safe even for bikes!
