This lovely detached villa is located less than a 5-minute drive into the very heart of Puerto Pollensa. An ideal choice for those who love outdoor space and mountain views but also want to be within easy reach of the facilities that Puerto Pollensa has to offer including the famous Pine Walk and sandy beach.  
As you approach the house you are welcomed by a covered terrace area and lawned garden, surrounded by ever-green bushes and shrubs. Under the terrace you'll find the ideal spot for some alfresco dining, with a dining set that can comfortably seat all six guests and a brick-built BBQ. As you make your way across the terrace you will find a good sized pool, with roman steps and sun loungers.
Once inside, all the accommodation is situated on the ground floor. The entrance takes you straight into the open-plan living and dining area.  This area is filled with character from the original beamed ceiling to the stone internal wall. The kitchen offers all the modern conveniences you would expect and need on a holiday including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob and oven and of course a fridge freezer. There are three bedrooms in total, one double and two twin bedrooms all benefiting from timed air conditioning. There is a bathroom and a shower room, both of which are shared by all three bedrooms.
In case you wanted to hire a car, there's off-road parking. Why not take advantage of this and take a drive to the nearby Cala Sant Vicente, a quieter resort ideal for snorkeling, as coved beaches provided the ideal habitat for beautiful sea life, including octopus, crabs, seabream and mullet fish.
