The flat (55sq.m) consists of one bedroom with double bed, a lounge with a double sofa-bed, dining room, kitchen, shower/wc. Elegant ceramic tiles on the floor throughout.

The veranda is the main feature of the house (not taking away anything from the other facilities). A huge 4X4m umbrella can provide all the shade needed for breakfast.
One can then enjoy panoramic views all the way to the sea and watch village life go by in a tranquil, noiseless way reminiscent of bygone days. In the afternoons and evenings when the sun has set, there is a coolness about that may stop you from wanting to move elsewhere.
