The apartment enjoys amazing panoramic view over the sea, the bay of Giardini-naxos, Taormina, medieval village of Castelmola and Mount Etna.

The condominium Rosal is located in front of the sea in the center of Giardini-Naxos, a place famous and privileged, the epicenter of the Sicilian tourist life, regardless of the season!

In the building there are two elevators and private parking on request. On the ground floor of the building there are a pharmacy, bank, beauty salon, perfume shop, bar. Nearby there are numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, Internet cafes, the harbor and the bus stop to go to the Airport, Taormina and all other tourist places.

The condominium is about 20 meters away from the sea. The beach with fine sand is available both free of charge or for payment. You can choose between renting sunbeds with umbrella or staying on the sand.
