Casa Rosada is situated in the countryside of the southern Valdichiana, just a stone's throw from Lucignano, a characteristic medieval village that still retains its original elliptical walls. Lucignano is a 15-minute walk away, up to the magnificent Porta San Giusto which gives access to its stone alleyways, where you can spend lazy summer evenings in typical restaurants and bars, enjoying a good dinner of Chianina beef and local red wine.
It is impossible not to fall in love with Lucignano, a small jewel, a treasure chest enclosed within its ancient and mighty walls, with historic buildings, the Civic Museum, small squares and churches.
The house is set on three levels and also has a small annex. The nice and comfortable furnishings make Casa Rosada an ideal place if you want to spend a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. In the annex located in the basement, where once there were the cellars, you will have at your disposal a cool gym, for those who don't want to lose training and fitness even during the holidays.
The property is completely fenced and has a well-kept green garden of about 300 m2 where there is a private swimming pool (size 8x4 m - depth 1,30-,160 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a barbecue, a porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining and also a foosball table for adults and children.

GROUND FLOOR: with entrance through the equipped porch with table and chairs to eat outside, sitting-dining room with kitchen-corner, sofas and Tv, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with access both through an internal and external staircase, living room, bedroom with small double bed ( 1,50 m. ), bathroom with bath, twin bedroom (possibility to join the beds).
SECOND FLOOR: with access through internal staircase, twin bedroom, bedroom with small double bed ( 1,50 mt ), bathroom with shower.
ANNEX: access through two steps, sitting-dining room with kitchen-corner, double bedroom, study with single bed and truckle bed, bathroom with shower. Going down through an internal staircase we find the gym equipped with bench, exercise bike, and punching bag.
