Prior to being available for rent, it was a cherished family retreat, evident in every detail, especially the meticulously tended garden, lovingly cultivated by Anna and Teri's children.

This expansive villa spans 320 sq.m., with an additional 100 sq.m. of balconies, providing ample space for up to 13 guests. The interior boasts a spacious living room adorned with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, a separate apartment on the ground floor, at pool level, offers two more bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette.

Surrounded by balconies offering sweeping views of the landscape and sea, the villa immerses guests in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Outside, an 80 sq.m. swimming pool awaits, bordered by sun loungers for relaxation. A dedicated playground ensures entertainment for younger guests, while there is also a BBQ area and a ping pong table for you to enjoy. And for those inclined towards sports, a basketball court provides a venue to showcase their skills.
