Set in a tranquil residential neighbourhood at 350 metres altitude, you'll enjoy spectacular views over the rocky desert hills and ocean with sunsets from our large garden & pool, sun deck or one of our 3 terraces. The spacious 450m2 villa offers our guests 5 air-conditioned bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms and 1 large family bedroom. There is a dedicated TV room seating 10 guests, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining & BBQ area, a 100m3 private, heated, saltwater, outdoor swimming pool with an average daytime water temperature of 26 degrees Celsius all year round so you will feel relaxed and privileged at all times. Weekly cleaning of the villa is included. All children are welcome.
