Private vacation home

Our home is situated in a quiet village and is beautifully furnished in a modern contemporary style. Marble floors throughout with a spacious open plan sitting room opening onto conservatory and private patio garden. The dining area is on a raised level adjoining the kitchen. The house has 3 generously sized double bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with ensuite bathroom complete with walk in shower and generously sized bath. The upstairs balcony provides stunning views over the village and sea. The other two bedrooms share a large family bathroom with walking shower and twin sinks.
Recreation includes 2 miles of beach, swimming, Alcaidesa's own golf courses, and superb food found in local beach bars, tapas bars and restaurants.

Local Area: Just 15 minutes from Gibralter, the national coast road N 340 connects Alcaidesa to Sotogrande (10 minutes) Estepona (20 minutes) Marbella / Puerto Banus (30 minutes)and Malaga (60 minutes). Our village, 'Loma del Rey' is found a mile off this main road, nestling at the foot of a mountain with the Mediterranean and the rock of Gibralter acting as a spectacular backdrop. Within striking distance are Cadiz, Tarifa, Ronda (and the white villages), and Mijas.

Golf Details: Alcaidesa's links golf courses are nothing short of spectacular, winding their way along the coastline and then inland to the hills above the village. Close by there are famous championship courses, namely Valderrama (host to the Ryder cup in 1997), La Reserva, Sotogrande, and San Roque. Together with Alcaidesa these form the 'golden triangle.' Also near by are the superb Almenera (opened in 1998) and La Canada (lovely 9 hole course).
